What is Careline?
The Careline alarm system consists of two parts: a Base Unit that plugs into your phone line and a Careline pendant that is worn around your wrist or neck.
Once Careline is installed in your home, you can relax in the knowledge that help is available at the press of a button. If you should ever need assistance, you simply press your pendant button. Our Care Team will answer your call and try and speak to you over your Base Unit.
At this point, our Care Team will call one of your emergency contacts to inform them that you are in need of emergency assistance.
Alternatively, if you require urgent medical attention, we will contact 999 and provide them with your medical history and medication so that they arrive prepared to treat you.
Do you own a Key Safe?
Our alarm service relies on your emergency contacts, or the emergency services, being able to access your home. Some customers choose to install a Key Safe to make this possible.
Key Safes are a small secure box, that fits to an external wall of your property, which can be accessed by entering a unique code. We offer 3 Key Safe options which can be ordered with your chosen alarm service plan.
