The Careline Personal Alarms have been designed to be quick and easy to use, no matter who you are or how old you are. To show you just how easy our system is we have created an animation video which explains exactly what to do in an emergency.
This video shows the story of elderly woman Mrs McKay, who suffers from a fall whilst in the kitchen. Mrs McKay pushes her Careline Pendant and help is soon on its way thanks to our 24/7 monitoring team.
Personal Alarm Information
There is a happy ending for everybody in this video, including Mrs McKay’s dog who finally gets his dinner! This story could have been very different if Mrs McKay did not have a personal alarm system in her home.
In this story Mrs McKay’s son was called by a member of our monitoring team. All of our customers are advised to add as many emergency contacts as possible to their Careline account. The majority of people choose family members, close friends or neighbours to be their emergency contacts.
The monitoring team are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to ensure that you always have somebody to call for help. The pendant worn by customers is waterproof so that it can be used in the bath or shower, and has a range of up to 100m so that you can keep it on in the garden.
